Refund, Rescheduling and Canceling of Appointments
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Except as prohibited under applicable law, The Yellow Therapist may at its sole discretion provide a full, partial or pro-rated refund for services rendered. You can file a complaint explaining why you should get a refund at email@example.com. The Yellow therapist team will then investigate the complaint and if applicable, will issue a refund within 7 business days.
